Air Ambulance Service Provider REVA, Inc. Opens New Base in Schenectady

REVA, the largest provider for fixed-wing air ambulance service in the West, continues to expand its geographical reach with a successful launch of its new base in Schenectady, New York. Established in January 2016, the new base has served its purpose in enabling the company to quickly respond to medical missions abroad. The air ambulance provider has been able to open up new opportunities with the help of leading facilities and insurers based in the Northeast region.

New Base Enables Easier Access to European Missions

The new Schenectady County base is used for providing efficient air ambulance service to states in the Northeast and Midwest. At the same time, REVA also uses this base to provide its services to Canada and Europe, as well as the Middle East and Bermuda. Through this new base, the company’s aircrafts can now easily access leading medical hubs located in Baltimore, Boston, New York, and Philadelphia.

The company began its first service from the new base by completing a U.S.-European transfer. According to REVA’s CEO, Stuart Hayman, the new base was opened in hopes of expanding the company’s geographical reach. The goal is to deliver an efficient global service for air ambulance patients under the REVA brand.

More Efficient Air Ambulance Service through Northeast Corridor

The decision came about after REVA identified the need for clients to get a reliable and cost-effective air ambulance operator in the Northeast Corridor. The new Schenectady County base allows them to meet that need and develop a strong client base comprising of regional, national, and international clients.

With its convenient location, the new base has helped the operator in improving its speed and efficiency in completing its medical missions outside of the U.S. This move gets REVA closer towards building a reputable global brand.
